Here
at CMS we are dedicated to expanding our minds. Students are involved each day
with spreading wisdom to others. Everyday a student uses the intercom system to
read a quote, read the words of, or just make a statement from those
intellectual individuals we look to for guidance and wisdom. We also use this
time to build character.

Black
History Month
“
Our flag is red, white, and blue, but our nation is a rainbow-red, yellow,
brown, black, and white, and we’re all precious in Gods sight. America is not
like a blanket- one piece of unbroken cloth, the same color, the same texture,
and the same size. America is more like a quilt- many patches, many pieces, many
colors, many sizes, all woven and held together by a common thread…All of us
count and all of us fit somewhere.”
-Rev.
Jesse Jackson
United
Nations Day
“
Since wars begin in the minds of people, it is in the minds of people that…
peace must be constructed.”

Though each flake is very different There is one point you should know: They
become one in a great blanket of snow.”

If there is light in the soul, there will be beauty in the person. If there is
